H&H ACCREDITED TRAINING · FACULTY GUIDE

Make every lesson unmistakably H&H.

A quick guide to turning course notes, learning materials and assessments into a consistent, editable PowerPoint presentation.

Build a presentation in six steps

1
Open Presentation Builder

Launch H&H Slide Studio. Choose Lecture, Quiz or Workshop to guide the suggested structure.

2
Drop in your source material

Drag a PDF, Word document (.docx), text file (.txt) or Markdown file (.md) into the upload area, or click it to browse. Scanned PDFs may need OCR before import.

3
Set the course or unit name

Enter the course title. This appears on the opening slide and helps identify the deck.

4
Build and review the slide outline

Click Build slide outline. Select a slide thumbnail in the deck editor to edit its heading, teaching content and layout. Put each bullet or quiz answer on a new line.

5
Choose layouts and swap assets

Use the layout selector in the editor to change a slide type. Add a JPG or PNG in the Slide image field; the exported slide places it alongside the text. Add a video or worksheet URL in the resource field to create a clickable class-resource call-out.

6
Export your PowerPoint

Click Export PowerPoint. Open the downloaded .pptx in PowerPoint and make any final teaching edits. Text and shapes are editable; the deck includes an H&H Slide Master and theme.

Keep the design intact

Do not stretch or recolour the H&H logo. Keep slide titles concise, use one main teaching idea per slide, and avoid shrinking body text to fit excessive content. Use the image field to add relevant classroom photography. Use a resource link for video, worksheet or reading links rather than pasting long URLs into the slide body.

Important: The source-to-slide conversion is an automated first draft, not a substitute for academic review. Check accuracy, sequencing, quiz answers, image permissions and accessibility before teaching. Use clear contrast and meaningful descriptions for visual content.
